e-nable Field Service is a complete office and mobile user solution for service businesses, ranging from lightweight Job Tracking requirements to a full quote-to-invoice Job Management lifecycle. With modules for Contracts and Preventative Maintenance, e-nable Field Service also takes care of your scheduled work activities (such as warranty & compliance inspections, safety reviews or customer service schedules).

Mobile application features like wizard based job entry and completion, ‘sign-on-glass’, part and asset barcode scanning, and text and image field notes, e-nable Field Service can increase your field service productivity and accuracy.

All data is sent back-to-base in real-time where office workers support the field using our job monitor, scheduling and assignment application, whilst getting insights into asset and job performance through our configurable Dashboard and Reporting tools.

Access anywhere - Supports office user access from any browser, and full field engineer functionality direct from your mobile phone or tablet device

In-Depth Quotation - Quotes support the registration of assets, parts and labour costs so you can capture as much or as little detail as you need. You can also attach images and text notes whilst on-site to capture key information for your field workers. Track the quote through its lifecycle, and convert “Won” quotations to a job with a single click.

Asset Management - Identify and track assets whether you own or simply maintain/service them, and capture information such as useful life, condition and replacement/renewal costs.

Part & Asset Management - Do more than basic job tracking. Engineers can assign parts or complete part kits directly from the mobile application, including the ability to barcode scan items from your inventory list. Track parts usage and capture text/photo notes against individual assets for insights into asset performance and condition.

Map Integration - Spatial integration is standard in e-nable providing real-time visibility of field staff location allowing for optimised job allocation and navigation to a job using your preferred application.

Scheduling – Optimise scheduling of resources for the job. Schedule based on job duration, technician availability, location, technician skills & qualifications and work calendar.

Business Intelligence – Real-time availability of field data for tracking customer KPIs and job or asset performance. At-a-glance job monitoring, SLA performance and business dashboards help you to manage your business by exception, focusing on service excellence for your customers.

Integration - Out of the box integration with popular software providers (such as Xero) provide integrated customer, part/inventory and invoice capability, streamlining your business administration functions.
